Stuffed Spinich Feta Chicken

Requires: Four chicken breasts, spinich, feta cheese, salt, paper, parsley, meat hammer, PAM.

Flatten chicken breasts to 1/3" using meat hammer.  Add spinich and feta and roll shut.  Tie or use toothpick to hold shut. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and parsley, and place in a non-stick pan. Cook for 30 minutes at 375 degrees.  Yum.
