I ~love~ this company!

It's been a busy week-- I've been finishing up a spec while the IE team prepares to move from building 9 to building 2.  We have tomorrow off, which will be nice, although I'll probably spend much of the day getting caught up on some other work.

So, I had to write the feds a check for 3100$ for tax day and I was a bit worried about making my mortgage payment for the month.  But now I'm just freakin' loving my job... It turns out that another patent application just cleared so I got an extra pile of money in this paycheck.  :-D

I watched "Danny Deckchair" http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0337960/ tonight... it was surprisingly good.  If you like romantic comedies, it's worth a rent.

Last night, Irfaan, Tariq, Andrew, and I went to see "Kung Fu Hustle" http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0373074/... It was often hilarious, visually interesting, and very different from the types of flicks I usually see.  I've been expanding my cinematic tastes quite a bit lately, I think.

Reading "Angels and Demons" by Dan Brown... I hate his writing style, but his plots are often worthwhile.
