leila actually, tom cruise's opinion is the minority while mr MS employee the mainstream. from talking to my dad nobody *does* understand the drugs or the 'chemical imbalances'... he is right about that, it just works, as is true with almost all drugs. however his alternative (vitamins) seems kind of lame. he should offer more alternatives. besides that "hormonal" thing could simply be called "chemical imbalance". when this guy said 'training in medicine' i thought this was going to be about well known facts and things. psychiatry? there is plenty to debate and many methods of treating people.
